Accounts and Office Manager

circa £28,000 - £30,000

This is a new role primarily to manage the company's accounts; all book keeping, payroll and the preparation of management accounts.  There is a secondary, but no less important, role of managing the office function.  There will be two administrative staff to support the Accounts/Office Manager - these staff provide the administrative personnel function, small fleet management and general office reception and typing. Complex HR issues are dealt with by operational managers and/or outsourced.

The person employed will need to have experience of general office functions as well as be technically skilled in the management of accounting and payroll systems.

Administrator

£13,000 - £16,000

An additional administrator is also required to bring the above team up to complement. Your role will be to support the office manager and our three service managers with the administrative function of our organisation.
