Care Needs Assessment Reports social work reports identifying and costing care and support needs form birth to end of life. Best Interests Reports assessments in relation to the Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards to produce advice and recommendations for the Court of Protection and/or Supervisory Bodies in relation to future residence, care and support, contact issues and, where necessary, restrictive practices used to provide care and support
Our most commonly commissioned personal injury and clinical negligence reports are:
Occupational Therapy Reports – identifying measures in terms of specialist accommodation, equipment, adaptations, transport and service provision
Nursing Care Needs Reports – where there are specialist nursing care or medical needs
Specialist manual handling and physical intervention risk assessment reports often used by other expert witnesses to underpin their assessment of care needs and identify measures to reduce risk in terms of client / support ratios when there are manual handling issues of oppositional and complex behaviour
Initial Needs Assessment Reports – occupational therapy reports identifying immediate needs to progress the individual’s function, mobility, rehabilitation, safety and independence
